The Outer Hebrides

The Outer Hebrides is a chain of islands off the west coast of Scotland. They comprise the following main isles: Lewis and Harris, North Uist, Benbecula, South Uist, and Barra. There are 15 inhabited and more than 50 uninhabited islands, and the total population of the Outer Hebrides is approximately 26,500. Continue reading
